Secret Garden – A Culinary Evening Hidden in Greenery
This summer, 25-26th of July somewhere in Umeå, step into a hidden world where nature, flavor, and community intertwine.

Secret Garden is an intimate dinner event set in a lush, outdoor setting – a celebration of the season’s best local ingredients, served under the open sky. Created by chef Mica Eriksson Nyberg and Ronja Andregras, this exclusive multi-course dinner brings together carefully curated flavors, thoughtful storytelling, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

Expect 4–5 courses rooted plus a small appetizer in Nordic simplicity, crafted with ingredients from local farms, gardens, and producers. Each dish is designed to highlight what Västerbotten’s soil, sea, and seasons have to offer – from the first bite to the last sip.

Two long tables will be set beneath the trees – dressed in white linens, flowers, and glowing candlelight.
You book a seat at the table, not a private one – just like at a true supper club. Come as a group, but leave with new connections.

The location is in the heart of Umeå, at Eljest on Ön.
