Mica Eriksson Nyberg is a chef, entrepreneur, and storyteller who uses food as a medium for creativity and connection.

Through her brand Guldimun, she blends cooking, design, and hospitality to create experiences that inspire. Mica loves creating experiences that move beyond the plate—long-table dinners under the trees, intimate private chef evenings, playful pop-ups, or café projects that invite people to gather and share.

Mica designs every detail with intention.

We offer experiences that range from intimate private dinners, where Mica cooks for small groups in their own homes, to long-table gatherings and pop-ups that transform ordinary spaces into something memorable.

Mica also extends into recipe development and food styling, often in collaboration with brands who want to tell their story through food. Alongside this, we host creative workshops and continue to build new hospitality concepts- each project a chance to explore how food can connect people and spark inspiration.

Who is behind Guldimun?

Guldimun is created by me, Mica Eriksson Nyberg—chef, entrepreneur, and storyteller.

What is your food philosophy?

I believe food is more than a meal. It’s a way to share stories, express identity, and bring people together. My cooking is rooted in seasonal produce, local collaborations, always shaped by the people I cook for and the moment we share. My big love is for the vegetables, the fruits and all the colorful that brings variety to the plates.

Do you work mostly in Umeå or also in other locations?

Umeå is my home base, but I also travel for projects, events, and collaborations both in Sweden and abroad.

Do you work with companies, other restaurants and brands?

Yes. I develop recipes, style and photograph food, and create concepts for product launches and campaigns. I also do guest guest appearances at restaurants. Social media collaborations have included Electrolux, Ankarsrum, Sproud, Ritter Sport, Västerbottensost, and many more.

Guldimun is based in Scandinavia, more specifically in the north of Sweden, Umeå, but we love to travel for work and projects in other places.
